With the feel of an old school lakeside resort, this new home spans three levels, with multiple entertaining zones, kitchens and gathering points, as well as wings for privacy and spa-like relaxation. As the cabinetry and millwork partner, Modern Heritage crafted all major interior architectural features across this 14,000 SF new construction home on the shores of Lake Winnipesaukee. The team worked in a wide range of woodworking elements and styles, from massive oak timbers of the vaulted primary bedroom, floating white oak vanities and two fully custom kitchens.
