Occupying the top floor of a stately Greek Revival home, this Brookline condo features clean, sleek contemporary interiors within an ornately detailed antique architectural envelope. As noted by the Massachusetts Historical Commission, the original 1905 home features highly ornate classical detailing, the interior portions of which were to remain in-tact and repaired as needed by the Modern Heritage team during construction. In the new spaces, the family desired a clean, modern aesthetic throughout the kitchen, living, and bedroom suites above.
