From seven stories up, the new design of this condominium in the heart of Boston’s Back Bay aimed to take advantage of the glorious views over the Charles River. Featuring a full-fold Nanawall installation to let the river views pour into the main living space, the team renovated the entire interior build-out of the home, including upgraded mechanicals. From the traditional painted kitchen and elegant cherry paneled study, the high-lacquer powder room and the reeded primary bath vanity, each room features custom cabinetry and architectural millwork made in-house by the Modern Heritage wood shop.
