As the interior woodworking partner, Modern Heritage collaborated with the architect and builder to design and construct a sleek modern kitchen, master bathroom, mudroom and two-story entryway at this lakefront Winnipesaukee retreat. In the kitchen, the full overlay cabinetry made of quarter-sawn solid white oak, paired with local New England marble countertops supports the blend of “modern and rustic” elements characteristic of this project. The reeded bathroom vanity customized for the primary suite also supports the call for both contemporary design, and a natural “tree-house” feel.
