Within the main house of this turn-of-the-century estate (1902), the team detailed, built and installed the custom millwork, architectural elements and cabinetry to support the complete renovation of each floor. Major highlights include the full paneling, built-in storage, cabinetry and millwork of the living room, bar, office and wine room. Downstairs, a pair of climate controlled wine rooms flank the main tasting room, spacious enough for entertaining. The African Mahogany interiors were meticulously detailed by the Modern Heritage designer support staff, made and pre-fit at the shop before being installed by in-house craftsmen onsite.
